Spring has arrived!
In this article we describe how when Spring arrives and we get more active we find muscles that haven’t been used for a while and how a Sundance spa can easy the aches and pains that result.
Spring is here with the promise of warm days and fine weather, and with Summer just around the corner. With the better weather people tend to get more active: tidying up the house and garden, going for walks or bike rides or engaging in a sport or two. After a quiet Winter our bodies may not but quite ready for the increased stresses and strains that we suddenly ask them to do and the result can be aches and pains in places that previously were OK.
In general if you are active then at some time you may experience muscle and joint aches or pain; or suffer an injury that requires rehabilitation. A warm water massage can be a restorative, therapeutic experience; healing the aches and pains, speeding recovery to make these activities more enjoyable.
Since ancient times, people around the world have recognised the healing properties of hot water. Today, many people gain the benefits of a modern spa that combines hydrotherapy with hot water.
With a combination of comfortable seating design, high-performance jets and optimum jet placement, Sundance moves water in new ways, delivering the following positive spa benefits:
- Relief from muscle and joint soreness.
- Alleviate the symptoms of arthritis and back pain.
- Reduced stress.
- Better sleep.
The best spas, like those made by Sundance, can promote health and wellness in a person’s everyday life. Whether it is from an active lifestyle or just a hard day at work; at the end of the day just sit in a Sundance spa, adjust the jet flow, and feel amazing results: a sense of calm and comfort, pain relief, rejuvenation and increased energy.
