We are happy to announce we can resume business under the limitations of Alert Level 3. Please see below the services and products we can now start to do.
Tuesday 28th April 2020
We will be closed for team meeting and training in the Health & Safety Protocols to be followed.
Wednesday 29th April 2020
We will back in operation.
Both our Cambridge & Hamilton stores have to remain closed to the general public. No access in store.
We will operate under the following contact-less system.
Click, collect or delivery:
As we do not have an on line shop store, we will take orders in the following way.
Collect – we will let you know when your order is ready for collection and collection process
Delivery – This can be by courier or we may deliver to gate (costs apply)
Payment – We will email your invoice and you can choose to pay by:
1. Internet banking: bank details are on the bottom of the invoice
2. Credit card : MasterCard or Visa over the phone or email details (these are destroyed after use).
Bring your water sample in, follow the instructions at the door- NO ENTRY TO STORE
1. Leave the bottle in the container at the door with all the details
2. Take a new bottle from the other container for your next sample
3. We will ring or email you the results. Then arrange any products required.
For those that are unable to leave their homes we can come to you. (there will be a charge for this service) Test your water, email your results & leave any products required. Payment will be as above.
Valet & Service work
This will resume employing contact-less Health & Safety work practices. For those that will be at home when we visit we will give an ETA & will confirm when heading your way.
This is where there is no contact between us and you and the Social distancing of 2 metres must be maintained. We will be following safe hygiene procedures through out this process.
Due to being closed for the last month and with new safe work criteria to follow, there is likely to be a delay in getting through our back-load of work. We thank you in advance, for your understanding and patience.
Our regular valet customers can expect to receive a courtesy call from Maurice for Cambridge Clients and Lindsay will be contacting his Hamilton Clients before we commence your services.
Shop hours under Alert Level 3
Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm
Our full time team is back to assist you with getting your pools & spas back operational and in a healthy state. Our part time ladies are at home doing teaching roles with their children.
Our administration staff, Karen & Cheryl, will be working from home to limit the number of staff working within the stores.
